1. What we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and the sign-in method you use (email and password, Google, or Microsoft).
• Company and project information — company name, project names, locations, sizes, and the answers you give in the estimate questionnaire.
• Estimate records — generated budgets, supporting evidence, and the research sources used.
• Professional estimating requests — the contact and project details you submit through the request form.

You can complete a questionnaire as a guest without an account; those answers are stored so you can claim them later when you register.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, generate and store your estimates, produce PDF exports, apply monthly estimate allowances, respond to professional estimating requests, and keep the service secure and reliable.

3. Cost evidence

To produce an estimate we search and store published construction cost information from public web sources. That stored evidence is about projects and market pricing, not about you, and it may be reused to improve future estimates for any user. Your own project answers are not published or shared with other users.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors: Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, and authentication; Google and Microsoft for optional sign-in; Firecrawl for web research; AI model providers for analysis of your project inputs; and an email provider for account, recovery, and notification messages. Providers process data on our instructions.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Retention

Account, project, and estimate records are kept while your account is active. Guest estimates expire after a limited period if they are never claimed. You can ask us to delete your account and its data.

7. Security

Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules so that records are only readable by the account or company they belong to. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices

You can view and update your profile in the application, delete individual estimates, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
